After being inspired by @classicpiratebricks . I've had a try at cleaning up a sail with foxing, using Vanish powder.
I'm very pleased with the results. There is some, ever so slight, loss of a little red to the dragon emblem. However, I think that was me using a soft toothbrush on the sail. I suspect I used too much pressure.
I soaked the sail for about 2 hours to get this result 👍
