I knew I wanted it to be a modern MOC to go with the new minifig, but retaining some elements from the great Wolfpack tower set, black walls, red tilted roof, and it also should be by the sea. Image 2: Lance counters by knocking Ronin of his horse. Image 3: Since the joust couldn't separate the two, the match continues on foot. While Ronin fires a barrage of arrows and trick arrows, it was no use against Lance as he shield bashes Ronin to the ground. Image 4: Ronin counters, brandishing his Elven sword, he strikes Lance so hard he gets knocked to ground. Image 5: A sudden death point, and both Lance and Ronin use their resources to attack one another. Ultimatel, Lance uses a lightning bolt to throw Ronin off balance and wins the tightly contested match. Image 6: The match between Ben and Tracy with Tracy starts off strong scoring quickly. Image 7: Ben counters back, knocking Tracy off. Image 8: The joust couldn't be settled, so it was a bonus horseback fight. Image 9: A sudden death point, a tense moment as Ben tries to hold off Tracy's spear attacks. Image 10: Somehow, Ben was able to deflect Tracy's spear and strike Tracy down. The master beats the apprentice. Congratulations on both Lance and Ben, who proceeds to the semi-finals. The rider would already be arriving at the gates so that Muun could be prepared enough for their arrival but also maintaining both urgency and some element of surprise as they followed not far behind. Drasker continued that this move leaves them a bit exposed, both in a defensive sense and in a political one. He did not like that they have set out beyond the newly secured Ridgelands and she also agreed that the sensitivity of the situation also left a lot open, primarily how the Shogun might react should he learn of this prematurely and not directly from her. She confessed at times she wished Majisto, for all his wisdom and grace with situations, had not stopped Drasker and the Lion Knights from taking the pyro fortress when it was exposed during the Shogun's attack. Things may have played out better she thought. Drasker thought about it, sharing that they would have had to occupy the desert realm and perhaps even fight the Shogun then. The Lady said "Yes, more simple that way perhaps. It almost would have been like the old days of the kingdom, when the Lion Knights were Crusaders..." she said with a slight smirk at Drasker. Drasker chuckled at the idea, and then let out a smiling sigh and said "ah yes, those were the days. When you are building a castle #moc I always feel like you have to decide if you want to get more on the military side or on the civil side that means you either can got into detail with the defense mechanisms or the happending in the everyday life of the citizens. I always tryed to connect these two sides in a model. So this is my first attempt. We have a huge wall around the town with defense mechanisms like catapults, crossbows, pots with boiling oil and pitch noses. The town mainly is a trade centre where different craft guilds exchange their products so around the wall we have a baker, a black smith, a brewery, a church, a potter and a carpenter.
