Chanukah is just around the corner which means time to celebrate G-d’s intervention in protecting the Jewish people, the miracle of the oil lasting for 8 days but also to honor Judah Maccabee who along with his father and brothers took back Jerusalem and helped re- consecrate the holy temple. Judah liked to swing a hammer at enemies and at the false idols of the invaders.
