2021 - word of the year for me was BALANCE.
Balancing home-life with mum-life, balancing mum-life with work-life, balancing work-life in retail & being my own boss, balancing relationships, balancing the pull between ups and downs in energy and re-balancing my health.
I started the year on a 5 month journey of internal gut healing with the most mentally challenging part of my healing to date.
But, apart from one small episode I can now say I have a much healthier relationship with food mentally and my eczema has finally disappeared after many many many years 🙏🏻🙌🏼
Not only has the physical healing been life-changing, so have my feelings around food and so has the deep-down healing spiritual work I’ve opened up to 🙏🏻✨
I could not have healed in the way I have without this inner soul work & whilst it has been painful at times it has been enlightening 💫
I am entering 2022 with a much needed understanding of who I really am, why I’m here and what I want to do. 2022 you better be ready for me 👌🏻😉
