🌻We all need some help along the way, I don’t know about you but I want those around me to grow and have a seat at the table, I’m all about empowering and encouraging others and seeing them win not tearing them down.
🌻When one wins we all win, don’t let this world fool you into thinking that you must only fend for yourself, no man/ woman is an island 🏝, we need each other, we are better united than divided.
You know helping others also blesses you too.
Helping someone grow could include the following:
🌻 Investing time and some resources to help someone’s dream.
🌻 Speaking & sharing words of encouragement, praying for them, mentoring them.
🌻Sharing advice from your own journey
🌻 Connecting them to people/ opportunities that could help them grow.
🌻Celebrating with them when they win and being there for them when life gets difficult.
🌻 Giving them a shoutout/ recommending them/ their service to others e.g if they are an amazing artist & you know they have a small business you can help promote it.
🌻Asking them what is one of their needs right now that you could help them with.
