Been feeling out of it these few months , and insanity couldn't even describe it... amount of likes are really getting to me cause they feel like encouragement and I know that's messed up but I feel sad when I don't get likes. So I thought of starting journaling to see if it helps me mentally and emotionally.. I'm really losing it . No jokes. At. All. I feel exhausted inside and outside.. I don't even know why I want approval from anybody when all I need is self love. Sigh. I want to stop myself from holding back my own real feelings just to not upset others, but I'm human too, I have feelings too. I get tired too. I don't want to keep doing things just for others. I wanna do it for me instead. I'm done being so bad to me.
