On this Oktoberfest Celebration Day at Grand Central Brewhouse, we are proud to announce the release of "Fonzie Scheme" - Vienna Lager 4.7% ABV
We got to chatting with our pals at
@arkane_aleworks and it occurred to us that we all love Vienna Lagers, so we decided to make one together.
The Arkane Crew came down to GCB and we had a blast making a classic German style together. We used Great Western Munich malt as the base and threw in some @riverbendmalt Southern Select and Vienna malt and we think it came out really nice.
The best Vienna lagers are like drinking liquid dry toast. Think of it like the best amber lager you've ever had but with more carbonation and a better sense of humor.
