On this Oktoberfest Celebration Day at Grand Central Brewhouse, we are proud to announce the release of "Fonzie Scheme" - Vienna Lager 4.7% ABV We got to chatting with our pals at @arkane_aleworks and it occurred to us that we all love Vienna Lagers, so we decided to make one together. Prosit! We decided to have an Oktoberfest at home by playing the boardgame of the same name. It's an auction game where you bid for the right to set up beer tents and then supply the festival-goers with beer. Of course, it also gave R an excuse to wear her dirndl 🙂 It's technically a 3-5 player game, but given the circumstances we adapted it for two players! Once we figured out that the two types of auction in the game work very differently we really got into it. Went great with some German pilsners and pretzels!
