Soon, the machine to produce Khova/cottage cheese/other milk-based products arrived at Tatsam Foods, with major contributions from the women and supported by Hand in Hand India. Now, Tatsum Foods sell 70 kg cottage cheese on a daily basis to the retailers in Pune city, profiting around 20% (INR 1.17 lakhs per month). Milk vendors and farmers earning good value for their milk at Tatsam Foods is one of the significant outcomes of this successful business.
