Walt Disney World has updated their dining policy to no longer allow modifications within 2 hours of your reservation. Previously you were allowed to modify (but not cancel) from 2 hours until about 30 minutes before your reservation time. This goes along with the recent change to allow cancellation 2 hours or more before most reservations.
