Two years ago but I remember this one like it was yesterday. I’d achieved my cup grip ayesha about 6 months before but it still wasn’t 100% consistent and I weren’t sure if I could hold it long enough for the shot. Ended up holding it for the longest I’d ever done. I was so proud 🤣 I wonder if my muscles are any bigger now 😏
