The first and hardest part to creating my “380M” was the rear bumper. There is no Nissan or Nismo Rear bumper made for the sedan. There are rear lower pods/spats that are available, but they did not have the impact I wanted. So a replica rear bumper was sourced and my body shop master Al went to work. When we discovered it simply would not fit, we decided on cutting off the top half and create our own wraparound “lower lip” cut at the existing body line for an OEM look. Additionally, height and length adjustments were incorporated as needed, especially with the new GP Sports Sides skirts, which I’ll cover in the next post. Stay tuned!
