Establishing balance is Sacrificial.
It is sacrificial because you have to come to a point of saying yes and no to another activity. The truth is that we humans get overwhelmed by an updated version of our lives, and we forget to strike a balance. We end up not having time and see that we are all too choked.
Remember, you are always in charge. Live life controlling those noises rather than the noises controlling you.
