My fourth night of not sleeping well and my nightmares got so bad that I woke up screaming. Called on Archangel Michael and my Guardian Angel for protection. My body is so exhausted this morning fear running through me trying to hold me down. My cycle is completely off making me all confused. My energy is low. Take a few deep breaths shaking of this night embracing today. Some blue sky caught my eyes before the first snowflakes touch the ground. Being calmer now letting go of last nights troubles. Taking a nap starting the day new.
