My introduction to Vanessa's culinary expertise occurred last year when I indulged in a delightful mushroom truffle risotto during lunch. The dish left such an impression on me, prompting me to ask about the chef responsible of such culinary mastery. To my delight, I discovered it was none other than Vanessa herself. Impressed by her skills, I remember promptly sharing my positive experience with a recommendation post on Richmonder that very same day.
Arriving at @binghamriverhouse , my anticipation was high, and I am pleased to report that every expectation was met. With its picturesque views overlooking the Thames and an intimate setting with only a few tables, the restaurant effortlessly creates a perfect relaxed ambiance for a memorable dining experience.
Vanessa's commitment to sustainability shines through in her menu, showcasing a devotion to using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create exceptional flavour combinations.
