Flash Hider vs. Muzzle Brake
I want to be able to use my @deadairsuppressors #sandman #kcan on a few different rifles, and could see benefits to having both a Flash Hider and a Muzzle Brake.
Curious what others think in terms of what to use and when.
A few considerations that came to mind, in no particular order:
- Purpose and use case of specific build;
- Flash signature reduction when not suppressed;
- Wear and tear on the suppressor when suppressed;
- Shooting alone vs. with others;
- Necessity of “flatter shooting” (and whether that’s actually a consideration with proper training).
