BEETROOT PASTA w/ PISTACCHIOS
Quick, easy and so super delicious 😋
recipe:
pasta of your choice
pre-cooked beetroot
spring onions
goat cream cheese
cooking cream
pistacchios
salt and pepper
Cook the pasta of your choice. Meanwhile cut beetroot into cubes and spring onions into rings. Heat the goat cream cheese with cooking cream in a sauce pan and season with salt & pepper. Heat oil in a pan and sauté spring onions with the beetroot. Serve pasta with cheese sauce, spring onions, beetroot and pistacchios on top. Enjoy!
