Sablés Au Cacao Pour 36 pièces de 4 cm de diamètre - 190g de farine - 112g de beurre mou - 150g de cassonade - 50g de cacao - 1/2 cc de sel - 1/4 cc de levure chimique - 2 pincées de cannelle (facultatif) - 1 oeuf - 1/2 cc de vanille - 1 CS de sésame ........................ Mélanger la farine, le cacao, la levure et le sel. Cremer le beurre avec le sucre. Ajouter l'œuf. Verser la vanille. Incorporer les ingrédients secs. Former un disque, filmer et placer au frais 1h. I was almost not going to make this because of the amount of prep needed, but Hawaij is really tasty! I'm sure at your leisure you could add another protein, but this is meant to be a #Kosher recipe, and I wanted to leave it as is! #Ingredients 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped 1 butternut squash - peeled, seeded, and cubed 1 potato, peeled and cubed 1 large tomato, diced 2 stalks celery, sliced 2 carrots, peeled and sliced 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans 2 tablespoons hawaij 1 tablespoon vegetable bouillon powder 5 cups water salt and pepper to taste #Directions 1) Heat the olive oil in a large stock pot over medium heat. Stir in the onion; cook and stir until the onion has softened and turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the squash and potatoes to the onions and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in the tomato, celery, carrots, and garbanzo beans with their liquid; cook for 5 minutes. 2)Pour in the water and bring the soup to a boil, stirring occasionally. This Veggie Mexican Traybake recipe is a simple, one-pan meal that’s perfect for any night of the week! Just toss around some fresh ingredients with mexican spices and some nice condiments. You can also use a standard mexican spicemix. Throw it in an oven dish and serve with rice and a fresh and spiced yoghurt sauce. Easy! 🙃 ⏰ 60 min (45 min in oven) 🍽 2/3 servings 🛒 Ingredients: 2 ears of corn 350 grams of butternut squash 1 red or green bell pepper 30 grams cilantro 1 lime 1 tsp smoked ground paprika 1 tsp ground cumin ½ tsp ground clove ½ tsp ground nutmeg Olive oil 200 grams Feta cheese, crumbled 2 spring onions, chopped 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed Rice (amount as needed for serving) 1 tbsp diced chipotle pepper (optional) 200ml yoghurt 📖 Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). 2. Slice the butternut squash into 1-2 cm thick slices. Cut the bell pepper into large chunks. Halve the ears of corn. 3. In a large roasting pan, toss the butternut squash, corn, black beans, and bell pepper with the smoked paprika, cumin, clove, nutmeg, a generous drizzle of olive oil, and salt to taste. Ensure everything is evenly coated. 4. Roast the vegetable and bean mixture in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly caramelized. 5. While the vegetables are roasting, prepare the rice according to package instructions. 6. Once the vegetables are done, remove the roasting pan from the oven. Squeeze the lime juice evenly over the roasted vegetables. 7. Sprinkle the roasted mix with crumbled Feta cheese, freshly chopped cilantro, and spring onions. 8. Summer Pasta Salad Ingredients: 8 ounces fusilli or rotini pasta 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup cucumber, diced 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced 1/4 cup black olives, sliced 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, black olives, and torn basil leaves. In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is evenly coated. Gently fold in the crumbled feta cheese. Good food doesn't 🚫 need fancy backgrounds 🪄 or filters to be shown off ... well, it shouldn't ! 📷 *** Below is the recipe I created after multiple fails for MY Bunz ⤵️ ****** Get these THREE things ready : #1 KEEPING EVERYTHING IN THE MEASURING CUP. 1/3 c. Warm water , add 1/2 TBSP Instant yeast + stir... DROP 1/2 TBSP of margine in the water. DO NOTHING. set aside. (IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ITS WARMING IT UP) #2 Beat 1 ROOM temp egg * add wee bit of warm water, don't make breakfast by mistake. I add hotwater slowly about 1 TBSP if my eggs cold 👀 #3 For DRY mix 1 3/4 c flour , 1 TSP salt , 1 TBSP sugar ******* Steps for MIXING: #1 NOW... to the Dry bowl ➡️ DUMP the watery 1/3 C MIX & 2 TBSP ONLY of the egg + water. *DONT THROW OUT EGGS. #2 Mix with spatula, add water if dry, will probably be dry, just like splash and kneed in bowl. Kneed till smooth and dough bounces back. #3 Cover with towel & wait . 1 hrs-1.5 hrs #4 Separate, kneed each bun for a few minutes each & cover for another 45 minutes to an hour. @375 DEGREES egg wash and add sesame seeds Bake for 12-15 minutes, if tops are still white, take buns out and brush egg wash over the top of the bunz lightly and return them to the oven for another 5-7 minutes. Cheesecake de Pistacho Para la base: 1 1/2 tazas de migas de galleta Graham 1/4 taza de azúcar granulada 1/2 taza de pistachos sin sal, finamente molidos 1/2 taza de mantequilla sin sal, derretida Para el relleno: 680 gramos de queso crema, ablandado 1 taza de azúcar granulada 3 huevos grandes 1 taza de crema agria 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla 1/2 taza de pasta de pistacho o pistachos finamente molidos Para la cobertura de crema de pistacho: 1/2 taza de crema espesa 1/4 taza de azúcar glass 1/4 taza de pasta de pistacho o pistachos finamente molidos Pistachos picados, para decorar Instrucciones: Precalienta el horno a 325°F (160°C) y engrasa un molde desmontable de 9 pulgadas. En un tazón grande, mezcla las migas de galleta Graham, el azúcar granulada, los pistachos finamente molidos y la mantequilla derretida. Presiona la mezcla firmemente en el fondo del molde preparado. En otro tazón grande, bate el queso crema ablandado y el azúcar granulada con una batidora eléctrica hasta que quede suave y cremoso. Agrega los huevos uno por uno, batiendo bien después de cada adición. Incorpora la crema agria, el extracto de vainilla y la pasta de pistacho o los pistachos finamente molidos hasta que estén bien combinados. Risotto aux champignons & poulet à la moutarde 🍗 Ingrédients pour 4 personnes: RISOTTO • 500g de riz à risotto 🍚 • 250g de champignons 🍄‍🟫 • 1 oignon 🧅 • Parmesan 🧀 • Huile de tournesol 🌻 • Bouillon de légumes 🥬 • Épices de votre choix 🌶️ POULET: • 600g de filet de poulet 🍗 • Moutarde 🫙 Recette: • Dans une poêle, ajouter un filet d’huile ainsi que les oignons préalablement ciselés • Une fois les oignons revenus, ajouter le riz puis le faire nacrer • Ajouter ensuite de l’eau progressivement tout en mélangeant le risotto jusqu’à ce que le riz soit cuit (environ 40 minutes) • En parallèle de la cuisson du risotto, ajouter vos filets de poulet intégralement badigeonnés de moutarde pendant 20 minutes à 180° • Une fois le risotto cuit, ajouter le parmesan & assaisonner en fonction de vos goûts.
