Madlib "Vol. 3-4: Beat Konducta In India" (2007) 💿 I went back to the first 2 (or 4, depends how one counts) Beat Konducta installments. As much as I was disappointed with parts 1-2 (rough sketches of pretty boring instrumentals, nothing interesting to me), this one here is something different. Exotic samples suit Madlib very well. It's not like he did some enormous work with them but looping and lacing them with drums here and there also counts, ain't it? 😜
