Our first time surfing as a family is one we won’t forget! ❤️❤️Making memories with my favorite people is my hobby. I was nervous taking this lesson as it was my first time surfing 😱😳😬😰 (and being too far in the ocean) but I had a blast!
We were with the best instructors, who are industry experts at teaching people where and how to catch waves. We learned:
- basic wave physics & shape 🌊
- surf form 🏄🏻♀️
- body posture 🧍🏽♂️
- paddling technique ✋
Our @sbadventure instructors tailored each lesson to our skill & comfort level. We were all able to catch a few waves on our own in less than two hours 🤙🏽 I consider that a WIN 🏅 🐬🐠🐟🏆🌺
