✨Salmon Salad✨
Bake your salmon at 350 degrees, 20-25 mins (depending on how cooked you want your fish) 🥗 🍣
I prep my salmon with butter, sea salt, black pepper, garlic salt and a mesquite bourbon seasoning 🧈🧂🧄
While my salmon is cooking, I cut up the fruits and veggies I want to use. Tonight I kept it super simple with fresh strawberries and cucumbers. Feel free to add any fruit or veggie you prefer 🤗🍓🥒
I love adding a spice to my salads, so I added 3 hot peppers 🌶️
Other toppings included bacon bits and crumbled feta cheese 🥓🧀
My choice of dressing tonight was a lite balsamic vinegar🤌🏾
Once the salmon was done, I added all toppings on top of a fresh, spring mix 🥗
It came out delicious and I think my daughter enjoyed it too, because she was going crazy in my stomach 😆❤️🤰🏾
