普寧豆醬除了可用作蘸料，亦可用來烹調各種菜式，例如這道潮州名菜 #豆醬雞。選用肉質豐厚而嫩滑的龍岡雞，與豆醬為主的醬汁炆煮至外皮呈金黃色，雞肉入味。吸收了雞精華後的醬汁變得更濃郁，散發着鹹鮮的豆醬味，非常好下飯。
The Pu-ning Soybean Sauce is not only used as a dipping sauce but it is also used in cooking various traditional Chiu Chow dishes, like the Soybean Sauce Chicken. We use the Loong Kong chicken which has thick and tender meat, and braise it with a Pu-Ning Soybean Sauce base until the skin becomes golden yellow and the rich flavours of the sauce are absorbed into the meat. The sauce also becomes tastier with the chicken essence and is delicious to eat with rice.
