Health update …
I awoke with a pain in my back left shoulder at the beginning of the week. I originally thought I’d just twisted wrong, then wondered if it was a strain from lifting weights. But as a few days passed and I tried to home in on where the pain really was I noticed it was more internal and hurt more when I breathed deeply. Pain in shoulders is often referred pain, and those who have followed my cancer journey will know that this happened to me before on my right shoulder and it turned out my cancer had returned to my liver.
I am wondering if it could be a delayed covid side effect on my lungs, or as Dr Google says a mild heart attack 😱my BPM is around 60 so normal. Maybe it’s because I’ve been stressed lately 🤷🏻♀️ I have no idea and I’m trying to play it down.
I am due my routine cancer CT scan next Monday, so now my anxiety is really high. I have booked a GP doctors appointment but she is booked till next Thursday 😏 if it persists I’ll head to A&E if it subsides I’ll cancel, if my Scan on Monday shows up anything scary my oncologist no doubt will phone me.
