I’d move to the stars
to the blue and the unknown
Perhaps I’d find a piece of me
and not feel so alone
A million lights glide before me
a million suns to light the sky
Somehow I’d focus on the darkness
And still manage to ask myself why—

I belong far away from here
Never feeling still in this place
For everything I attempt to forget
will just echo in this space
But at least the blackness will fill me
Fill this constant void inside
And the depths of what I know about me
will make sense once it all collides

I am stardust
I am empty
I am filled with everything unknown
