She had a vehicle she was looking to sell. We obtained as much information as possible remotely and was able to give a good indication of the trade value of the vehicle, subject to appraisal.
We then arranged a time, to visit clients home, at their convenience to check the car over.
Everything was as described, so we made an immediate payment by bank transfer, completed paperwork and drove the car away.
