April 26 - 2024 Ben Nevis, Scotland
It started with sheep and grass plains, then rocks in all shades of grey and red forming jagged steps. It ended with sleet and an uphill battle against ice. The mind races with a billion thoughts throughout the climb. The summit however provides the reward. That calm, serene silence a mountain top can only provide. All in all, climbing Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the UK, was well worth it, especially doing it with my favourite human @laurakhanreports
