Dinner tonight was a combo of veg: First up, eggplant katsu 🍆, which are lightly breaded and fried eggplants served on rice with katsu sauce (ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, hot sauce, and keycap manis). Second is a Brussels sprouts dish with roasted chickpeas and fig jam.
