Unity is clearly a different take from much of conventional Christianity. Some may suggest that Unity doesn’t use the ‘real’ teachings of Jesus, so the ‘odd couple’ requests your presence to join us for a fun, informative, invigorating exchange of standing up to bad theology.
Eric Butterworth once wrote, “Unity is often referred to as, a ‘return to first century Christianity,’ ‘primitive Christianity.’” Much of what we teach in Unity is based in the beliefs and practices of Christians of the first few centuries. We can stand in an experience of love that transcends all differences, and examine the historical practical Truth about Original Sin, the Rapture, Atonement, Non-Violence, and more…
