Some men can spend the majority of their lives trying to be a version of themselves that everyone else expects them to be.
This can leave them always chasing the next big win or financial success/promotion. Despite the goal you reach the fleeting feeling of the victory always gets replaced by the low buzz of anxiety, that you're not enough, or maybe just an all around emptiness.
This cycle will never change until you're able to do one thing... That is, to regulate your nervous system and step into your purpose.
