8 years ago today I made one of the biggest decisions of my life! I had just hired my first employee and him and his fiancé had a new born baby and only had one vehicle. After working with him everyday and seeing how beneficial he would be to helping us grow, I decided to sell my Jeep (which is absolutely loved) and I purchased a new van and gave him my older van.
It was a win/win. Now him & his fiancé didn’t have to stress about dropping him off at work to get the baby to doctors appointments and we had another van on the road.
The next month, I met someone who would end up playing a very instrumental role in the direction and growth of our Company. Mr. Nick Brocco from Aquaboy Power washing pulled up to one of our job sites in a beautiful ford f-250 that was wrapped with his company logo and info and we hit it off.
The next month I was at @walterssigns getting the new van wrapped and it was a game changer! Within the next 2 years, we had 7 wrapped vehicles on the road.
How serious are you about the growth of your business? I’ll tell you from experience, it’s scary, extremely stressful, there will be a lot of sleepless nights, MASSIVE anxiety, worry and fears that creep in if you let them. If you don’t have discipline and good habits, the pressure will break you like a twig.
Know exactly what you want before you attempt it and talk to people who have already done it.
