Mother cows in dairy farms all around the world are enslaved… injected with vaccines and steroids… forcibly inseminated and their young stolen from them… only to be slaughtered well before their natural life span… its heart breaking to see mother cows huddled up with their daughters… wondering where their young boys went… trying to bring comfort to their girls the best they can… unbeknownst to them their boys have been slaughtered and their girls will soon go through the same exploitative process they have endured… and the rest of the world sits back and justifies it with ‘…mmm but cheeeese!’… its difficult to not feel anger and frustration while I witnessed this at yesterdays calf vigil… enraged by the worlds apathy… disappointed that not enough of us are out there speaking on it… although activist burn out is real… I can’t afford the luxury of not doing or saying something about it… if you are vegan please support local and regional activist events in your area… even if just showing up and holding a sign or sharing the event on your social media platforms to get others to join… only when large numbers of us actually come out and say ‘enough’ will we start to turn the tide… thank you again for all that came out to support 🐮🌱🌎✊🏼 #dairyisscary #milkismurder #veganactivist #donttalkaboutitbeaboutit
