Weight dropped a little with the weekend.. all the stress and drama u know us coaches have on comp weekends π π»
Meals missed yesterday and tried to compensate with 2 burgers π and 2 large fries π, well didnβt work lol π
Canβt replace baseline food! We dropped a kilo π

Check in feedback today was more food and 2 off plan meals this week.. so il have to run more π π by the sounds of it lol baseline food upped and we continue the push up! Regain what I lost in the next few days and hopefully drive things on!

We arenβt overly worried about the scale but we both agree that bodycomp here allows us to push on, so thatβs what we gona do and hopefully have the biggest fullest version of Wardy before we prep! Weight 109kg this am.
