Nothing stays the same.

It really shouldn’t, growth and change are an essential part of our DNA as humans. So why do we resist it?

This past weekend, I ran into a former colleague, Dave Green. A great massage therapist from the East Coast. He reminded me about change and growth with the images he shared.

This one was a training camp photo, circa 2006. Me, Graham Rynbend (Head AT at the time, Dave Green, and Nick Addey-Jibb (Assistant AT back then).

None of us is in that room anymore. Now it is run ironically by an old colleague from the New York Rangers, Jim Ramsay, or Rammer as he is affectionately known.

Change is inevitable, growth is a necessity. This past weekend, I was reminded, as I spent the weekend sharing the message of Neuro Reconditioning in Halifax with a great group of east coasters, that everyone is on a journey. Some slower, some faster, but we are all heading in new directions.

Embrace your change, find your range, explore, what’s possible.

We want to help you navigate the grey area between rehabilitation and performance confidently.

Want to change your client’s pain today?
