Singl-End - Merchant City
Popped into @singlend_merchantcity and got some Rose and Pistachio cake, £5.50 and an espresso, £3.
The cake to icing ratio was slightly off. Slightly less icing would have been fine because of how moist and tasty the cake was.
The pistachio was there but wanted more of it, I didn’t get much of the rose either. Lemon was the dominant flavour for me.
V big slice and was v tasty. Could easily be shared by two people and probably should be. And tbf they told me that, but I saw it as a challenge rather than a warning 😂 Because of the richness of the flavours it got quite sickly by the end.
