We are MANY to gain weight on holidays and it’s NORMAL !!!!! You eat more than you usually would cause you’re trying different things. Don’t feel guilty for it.<br /><br />Finally, I will ask you to 🛑 STOP BELIEVING 🛑 that your progress will be ruined in one week. That’s not how it works.
