Today marks 2 months post op from a complete Achilles rupture, and 4 months post op from knee surgery! That statement will never not be crazy to say out loud…
I hold firm to the statement that navigating life with an autoimmune disease has prepared me for almost anything, and while these last few months have presented some incredibly steep challenges both mentally and physically, there are still so many things to be thankful for!! The influx of support from my people as I have navigated health setback after setback has been unbelievable, and for that I am one lucky girl.
