From little jobs do big headaches grow!
Helping a friend with their new car, a Nissan X-Trail. They had some questions as to why the steering wheel controls were not working as well as if they could upgrade to an android auto unit.
Unfortunately in the end it seems like the original owners had replaced the steering wheel with ones with buttons, but the car had none of the internal loom or connections to suit.
So pinning, adapting and making a switch harness and running it into the radio was on the list of things to do.
Needless to say, I didn't do the reverse camera that day so this car will be back for round two.
