Feel like you are being watched?
Yesterday one of my chief wellness offices decided to keep an eye on me as he knew I was getting distracted and procrastinating about doing something I didn’t want to do.
I am not a fan of chatting on the phone, I prefer face-to-face, zoom or email but I bit the bullet and spent a couple of hours calling people and it was not a scary as I thought it would be.
It was so lovely to get out into the garden and the sunshine and I managed to make 40 phone calls (with another hundred + to go) reaching out to potential clients.
Everyone I spoke to (except one) ) was lovely even when I was talking to them was not relevant for theirBusiness.
How do you build yourself up to getting something done you are procrastinating over?
