So I love baking, literally as long as I can remember I’ve loved being in the kitchen. I’ve been seeing so many moms share their sourdough journey and it’s just honestly been overwhelming but I finally took the plunge! I’m about 2 weeks into my sourdough adventure and I finally got around to making something! I started a batch of bagels last night and woke up early to have the ready in time for school. Holy moly they are delicious, and surprisingly easy! Not sure I’ll be buying bagels from the store any time soon!
