The fading light at twilight can evoke a sense of melancholy and longing. It's a time of day that blurs the lines between brightness and darkness, mirroring the complexities of human emotion, most commonly depression, confusion and numbness. As the world quiets around us, we may find ourselves contemplating deeper emotions.
Similarly in life, there comes a time when every door starts closing and you're unable to find any way out, and if you do, things tend to go south. This results in a seemingly never ending episode of anxiety and depression which haunts your mind and body, like it is meant to eventually take you out of the equation.
What's needed in those moments, is to find the "beauty" of the dimming light within the emerging gloom, and embrace it with the passion of returning to the light "at the end of the tunnel".
