Finally went to visit the Clairière and the General Foch’s train carriage. Pretty awesome. Fascinating to read up on the details and nitty gritty of how it came about and all.
Also: a Renault tank (tiny!), two French 75s (which the cocktail was named after), some trench art (all those shell cartridges turned into flower jugs etc.).
