I can’t espresso how much I love brunch!
📍 citizens.of is the newest breakfast and brunch cafe in Houston. Located in the Montrose area this place is perfect for those times where you crazy brunch on a Wednesday. It’s even perfect for my friends that work from home. What’s better than a Dragonfruit mimosa while you work? Multiple Dragonfruit mimosas while you work. But I came for the Pumpkin Spice Espresso martini because I heard during their happy hour it’s 99 cents! Happy hour at citizens.of is everyday from 3pm-7pm! I thought it was a joke too but no it’s really every day! I love that for us. Obviously I had to order food. Every thing sounded so good so I ordered a few things and it did not disappoint. My favorite was the Cheddar Biscuit Brekkie Sandwich. I love a good breakfast sandwich and the cheddar biscuit really did it for me. The Golden French toast was also really good and the Margot Robbie (the Barbie bowl) was really refreshing.
I loved the relaxing atmosphere and more importantly that I can get brunch all day everyday! They’re open daily 7am-7pm. Let me know in the comments what time to meet you at citizens.of .
