Renkum Cobriana has lovely progeny on the ground and is the dam of Renkum Olinthos who qualified himself for Lanaken in 2019 as a 7yo (see pictured) representing GB 🇬🇧 and is currently jumping 1.50m with Jodie Hall Macenteer & Tim Gredley. Owner Charlotte Taylor states ‘ We have several youngsters from Cobriana, Buck the Luck CE is an exciting five year old and we also have a full sister by our own stallion Radetzky. We have a super Hickstead White three year old who we think should make a super stallion prospect and this year she is expecting two embryo transfer foals - by Dourkhan Hero Z and Caribis Z. I first saw Chacco Bay in the five year olds at Lanaken in 2019. We visit every year and it's always an excellent trip for spotting up and coming stallion prospects. We earmarked him then as one to watch and thought he would suit several of our mares. Alongside his excellent technique and scope, what I especially liked about him was his attitude and rideability - for a young horse he took the atmosphere completely in his stride and was totally focussed. Cobriana tends to add a lot of blood to her offspring, so it's important we pick stallions with good rideability for her so we don't end up with too much sharpness. All in all I think he will suit her perfectly.
