𝙍𝙤𝙤𝙢𝙨𝙚 𝙠𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙡𝙚 𝙝𝙮𝙙𝙧𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙖𝙩 Misschien denk je, wat is een hydrolaat? Kort samengevat: een hydrolaat is een restproduct wat ontstaat tijdens het destillatieproces. Wil je hier meer en uitgebreider over lezen? Dan raad ik je aan mijn post met meer uitleg over hydrolaten erbij te pakken. Chamaemelum nobile hydrolaat, ook eentje die voor ons thuishoort in het rijtje alleskunner voor het hele gezin! Ideaal in combinatie met witte leem bij schrale, geïrriteerde baby billetjes. Lekker insprayen die billen en daar overheen een laagje witte leem en lekker laten drogen in de droge lucht of evt met een katoenen luier. Maar Roomse kamille hydrolaat is zo multi inzetbaar. De subtiele, honingachtige geur maakt het hydrolaat beter de verdragen dan de etherische olie. Het hydrolaat is licht samentrekkend en verzacht en kalmeert de ontstoken en gevoelige huid. 𝙒𝙖𝙩 𝙠𝙪𝙣 𝙟𝙚 𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙚𝙚? -Verzorging van de babyhuid. -Kalmerend op de geïrriteerde, jeukende huid. -Kalmerend in de diffuser of in het badwater. -Scheutje in de thee om je maag/darmen te kalmeren of om tot rust te komen. -Het reinigen van je gezicht. -Maak er oogkompressen mee als je last hebt van prikkende of vermoeide ogen. -Het verzorgen/spoelen van de intieme zone en eventuele hechtingen na een bevalling. -Verzorging van acné. -Als haarlotion, geeft een gouden glans op het haar. -Als hoofdlotion bij een droge, jeukende hoofdhuid. -Als roomspray in de baby/kinderkamer ter ondersteuning van de slaap. -In een zitbad bij aambeien. Kortom, multi inzetbaar. Zeer zacht voor de huid en te gebruiken voor het hele gezin. Om het hydrolaat zo lang mogelijk goed te houden raad ik je aan deze in de koelkast te bewaren. Sweet Chamomile to her friends but also goes by Chamaemelum nobile professionally. I am trying to NOT say this is my favourite herb.. but she is definitely today's favourite! If you could only smell her foliage through the screen! Sweet Chamomile will live as an evergreen perennial herb very happily here in NW Ireland as long as she is in free draining soil and in a south facing spot. Free draining soils are not that common here unless you are by the coast or on quarry land but you can create ideal conditions for keeping your Chamomile growing every year by mixing some horticultural sand or grit to your soil in a raised bed or pot. This Chamomile will have white daisy-like flowers mid summer and is primarily used for making tea. Dried flowers also make a lovely sleep inducing potpourri along with dried lavender. This can be added to a warm bath or hung by the bed in a sachet. Chamomile boasts antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, but as always, speak with a doctor before self medicating. Sí es cierto que es más efectiva cuando la gastroenteritis es solo con diarrea. Si queréis algo distinto escribeme y hacemos algo más completo Os pongo cantidades para niños menores de 6 años, aplica en masaje en el estomago. - 10 ml de aceite vegetal - 1 gota de aceite esencial de ravintsara - 1 gota de aceite esencial de manzanilla romana ¿El porqué de estos aceites? El ravintsara por sus propiedades antivirales y la manzanilla para relajar los espasmos intestinales y calmar el dolor. De aceite vegetal te recomiendo uno de alta penetración tipo avellana ¿y si no lo tienes? Pues un aceite de oliva o de girasol. La fórmula está pensada para una gastro provocada por un virus, si fuese por una intoxicación o bacteria habría que mirar otros aceites. Recuerda que es importante beber mucho líquido para no deshidratarnos Humidificador con ravintasara y limón (si, fan total del ravintsara) y música de alta vibración. La manzanilla, también conocida como camomila común o romana, es una hierba perenne perteneciente a la familia de las asteráceas y que crece en terrenos y jardines de Europa, el norte de África, América del Sur y del Norte. La flor de la manzanilla dulce o común nos ofrece una infusión aromática y ligeramente amarga. También se puede mezclar con anís verde o estrellado si quieres hacer más completa tu infusión o darle otro sabor. La cabeza de la flor de la manzanilla amarga es más densa y pesada que la de la dulce. En este caso debemos poner la mitad de cantidad a infusionar ( 1 cucharadita por mug). La “cabeza” de esta flor ya seca no tiene pétalos y nos proporciona un sabor más intenso o amargo que la común.
