Monday’s are all for sending out some amazing deliveries to our customers. We typically roast on Friday’s and keep the weekend as a safeguard to re-do if any batch that might not have gone that well in our opinion. This week we had zero re-do’s that means all our batches went as planned! Some amazing coffees were shipped today : the Kenyan AA, Pink Pink Bourn, the new Peru Gesha and our Rawanda. We are also gearing up to ship internationally beginning April 15th. We believe it might extending by a week or so as we are fixing an integration issue. 【啡卡咖啡 Fika Fika Cafe】 大家都平安嗎？被地震驚醒的我，乾脆來更新筆記😌 🔧義式機-Aremde nexus one、La Marzocco shot brewer 🔧磨豆機-Mazzer、Mahlkönig vta 6s、Mahlkönig PEAK Ditting PEAK、Victoria arduino mythos 2、族繁不及備載 ☕拿鐵指數-4.0 150元冰拿鐵。 事實上，Fika Fika是怎樣有名的冠軍名店應該不需要我這菜雞多贅述了吧？ 只是原本我帶著一杯180元咖啡的心理準備看菜單時，竟然被價錢驚訝到了。(會覺得一杯咖啡150元算便宜的我一定是價值觀哪裡壞掉了，這幾年來咖啡越來越貴，心跟荷包都在淌血這件事，說了都難過，咖啡不愧是黑金啊) 更重要的是，竟然可以選擇烘培程度，不用說我當然選擇了淺培豆了，店內選用養樂多的鮮奶，冰拿鐵上有一層淺淺的奶泡，整體是一杯較為清淡且口感稀釋的拿鐵，至於味道在那個炎熱的夏天只顧喝就來不及寫了。(沒寫就沒寫廢話一堆) 150元熱拿鐵。 容量約250ml。 多年回訪之後，換淺焙的豆子需要加三十元了。(果然筆記的精隨就在這裡啊！流動且隨機的跑店歷史) 放置兩分鐘後，邊緣的奶泡輕微消風，及格的拉花。整杯的滿度剛剛好與表面張力達成最佳平衡。可以免費選擇中焙與中深焙豆子，我不吃苦，所以當然是前者。 味道上來說，總覺得有一種就算是初學者，也能知道這是一杯中焙的拿鐵，既沒有淺焙的酸，也嘗不出深焙的苦。好喝，但也中規中矩，會產生「這是一杯最典型的熱拿鐵典範」的錯覺。多年後依舊是養樂多的鮮奶，口感上依舊較水，前段有點焦糖與中後段帶皮堅果感，在口中反覆吞嚥口水的話，能感受到回甘。 🪑空間指數-3.6 果然空間太大、位置太多的空間就是我的硬傷。因為是全球知名的咖啡店，店面面積較大也是可以理解的，但我個人更偏好小而巧的那種店，最好有一點暗、有一點神祕感，就像心起町那樣，當然這全都是我的私心。 Fika Fika給人的感覺就是年輕流行，似乎是紐約街頭走過會發現的那種超大落地窗的咖啡店，而且店前還會有綠化公園。 各種咖啡機型在吧台區一字排開，還有我認不出來的，簡直大飽眼福。店面以白牆跟原木色作為主調，用黃光點綴空間，有溫暖，是簡單俐落，但也有連鎖感。 室內外座位合計來到50+，幾乎不放過任何一個角落與畸零空間，是絕對適合多人來訪的地方。白天較多像是上班族的人來開會，聲音較大，晚上則是適合帶電腦來簡單工作。 👣回訪指數-4 📅筆記日期-2021.08.23/2024.03.37 #honest #coffeenotes #taipeicafe #台北咖啡廳 #fikafikacafe #latte #誠實咖啡筆記 #沒有美照只有誠實

I have acquired very few plastic brewers. The OrigamiAir is the prettiest of them all. The material is called AS resin, however it does not look like all the other acrylic resin drippers. The finish and the thickness feel premium. We have seen such trait in drippers, but rarely are they this beautiful, brewing exceptionally well, and flexible with different filter shapes --wave and cone both fit quite well on the Origami. The brew: Coffee notes get generally sharper.
