Taking it back a couple of weeks to the pairing for the @_farestart dinner at @larkseattle. This was the course that Chef Holly Smith from @cafejuanitawa featured. Lamb caramelle, marjoram butter and fava beans. Stupendous! We paired it with our ‘20 Rhone Blend from winemaker @morgmlee, a blend of Grenache and Syrah sourced from Boushey Vineyard. A couple years in bottle have resulted in a beautiful integration and the wine sings. Pairing our wines with our favorite chefs creations is one of the things in life that we enjoy best.
