Aca les traigo una rica receta de unas hambuegesas echas de lentejas y garbanzos !!! EXQUISITAS..❤️ - - INGREDIENTES: - Lentejas 1 paquete de 400 gr - Garbanzos medio paquete de 400 gr - Harina 0000 o la que quieran - Pan rallado - Condimentos a gusto - 1 cebolla grande - 1 zanahoria grande - 1 morrón grande cualquier color - - PASO A PASO: 1_ Poner en remojo mínimo 12hs las lentejas y garbanzos. Yo las dejo en remojo la noche anterior a hacerlas. 2_ Una vez listas, sacar el agua que quede del remojo y poner a hervir en agua nueva las lentejas y garbanzos por separado hasta que estén blanditos 3_ Retirar, colar y dejar enfriar. Mientras pelar y cortar la cebolla, morrón y zanahoria y llevar a una sartén con aceite para cocinarse. Una vez listo retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar. 4_ Ahora si, llevar las lentejas, garbanzos, las verduras y condimentos (ajo, perejil, sal y pimentón rojo le puse yo) a procesar hasta que este triturado. Agregar el pan rallado y harina a ojo, yo le agrego de a poco. Voy integrando todo con la mano. Tenés que agarrar un puñado y apretar una pelota y aplastarla y tiene que quedar formado, ahí ya está listo y no hace falta agregarle más harina. 5_ Una vez listo ir dándole forma de hamburguesa e ir acomodando en una fuente para luego llevar al freezer y congelar. Una vez que se congele se las puede guardar juntas pero separadas con bolsas de por medio. Yo las freezo porque son muchas y así me quedan para comer en cualquier momento. 6_ Dejo separas las que voy a consumir en el momento. Sartén y aceite a fuego fuerte, coloco las hamburguesas y las doy vuelta cuando está dorada. Están listas cuando doran de ambos lados. IN-N-OUT FLYING DUTCHMAN 🍔 41.1G PROTEIN If you know me, you know caramelized onions are one of my favourite things! As a Canadian, I haven’t been able to try the Flying Dutchman from In-N-Out so instead I made a healthier version at home that was incredibly delicious and satisfying 🤤 For the onion buns: I sliced one whole onion into 4 even slices to be the buns of the burgers. Then, to a non stick pan on medium low heat I added 3 teaspoons of salted butter and the onion slices. I let them cook down and flipped a few times until they were golden and soft. For the burger patties: 150g (cooked) extra lean ground beef that I seasoned with only salt and pepper before barbecuing until cooked through. I also halved a marble cheese slice to split between the two patties and let it melt on the bbq for a few minutes. Animal sauce: I removed 1 ring from the biggest onion and diced it to add into the animal sauce which is just 3 tablespoons of light mayo, about 1 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp relish, 1 tsp vinegar, and a small pinch of sugar. Who doesn't love a burger ! Create your GD friendly version as shown : ✳️ Choose a LOW GI CARB: Ditch the usual white bun for a low GI multigrain or sourdough roll. ✳️ Add some PROTEIN : Grilled beef patties or chicken/ fish fillets work well. Vegetarian options could be grilled tofu or Halloumi . Add extra protein with a well cooked egg or grilled bacon. And melted cheese on top of course. ✳️ Load up the FIBRE with lots of fresh salad. Lettuce, tomatoes, grated carrots & sauteed onion rings do the trick. ✳️ And some GOOD FATS and/ or condiments for extra FLAVOURS. Chicken Burger with Feta and Spinach Gourmet Spinach and Feta Chicken Burgers Ingredients: For The Feta Cheese Spread: 2 ounces feta cheese 4 ounces cream cheese 1 large garlic clove, minced ¼ teaspoon fresh ground pepper 1 tablespoon lemon juice For The Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt (2% fat) 2 large garlic cloves, minced ¼ cup English cucumber, finely chopped 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash of freshly ground pepper For The Chicken Burgers: 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 1 pound ground chicken, 93% lean 4 ounces feta cheese, finely crumbled ¼ cup almond meal or breadcrumbs 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon oregano 4 Brioche buns Directions: For the Feta Cheese Spread: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.
