5 years ago today I did my first park run. My time was around 53 minutes with a 5 year old walking and a 2 year old in a pushchair. 5 years later today I walked it in 44 minutes with a 7 year old trying to get me to run it. I have now taken part in 88 park runs and volunteered almost 70 times.
