Over indulgence is a normal response to over restriction Binged at the weekend cos you've lived on 1000 calories Monday to Friday? Ate a family size bar of chocolate cos you've cut it out for the last 2 weeks? Munched 5 slices of bread and butter while making the dinner cos you've had a banana for breakfast and an apple for lunch? See where I'm going with this? If you under fuel your body.. your brain will do everything it can to make you eat To diet successfully you must: 🌟 Fuel your body appropriately throughout the day - every day 🌟 Be in a calorie deficit - 15-20% is cool.. no need for 35%+ 🌟 Not over restrict - do not cut out whole food groups i.e carbs/fat 🌟 Leave in the tasty stuff - a little bit every day is a win 🌟 Practice portion control Dieting is about calories - but it is also very much about behaviours As always, 👋 if you need anything - my inbox is always open The MAGIC is in YOU!
