Before heading to the gym and clearing your mind you don’t know where you put your keys at then you found them and second you forgot your phone wondering where your phone is at. Today says “get a move on!” As lots has been rising to the surface (ascension flu anyone?) it’s time to shake it off like a wet dog. Move the energy. Clean the space. Tie up the loose ends. Make food. Make the list. Busy busy busy…to move it out, not to be overextended. If you don’t have much energy then do what you can in the mind, or the small amount that you can physically accomplish. Focus on what is most annoying you that is undone. Then do it and go back into rest/recover mode. Some may be feeling revved up. Use the energy practically again with getting things done. It may feel tempting to forget the growth of energy and body connection (integration)but the pay off for sticking with what wants to be done will pay off. Either because next week will be even better, or because you won’t have the energy next week to do the things that will make your mind body and emotions be allowed to stretch out in the comfort of laying your nest now. #messageoftheday #currentenergy
Change can be scary. It causes you to have to deconstruct, to reevaluate, rethink, to holistically shift, to navigate unfamiliar terrain. Change can be felt in your body. It stirs a discomfort where otherwise it has been at rest in comfort, but how do we grow if we rest on a comfort that may be rooted in fear? I no longer fear change because I am tethered to the Branch that gives life, the True Vine, the One that died a substitutionary death for me. Jesus is UNCHANGING and in Him we are transformed. Romans 12:2 says, “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” I do not make decisions without prayer. I do nothing without His wisdom because I cannot see what He sees. I knew that I could not fully launch The Faithful Box, although I forced it, with the weight of indecision. I know that I am never waiting on God who is ever present, but rather I allow the Holy Spirit to lead me to places that are good because HE is good. After slow walks with weighted prayers, I have dissolved The Faithful Box, LLC. My ministry is now @thesoftandsacred - soft at the foot of the cross, yet well studied, armored and ready for war with the enemy while being sacred in Jesus. I am so excited and I hope you stay.
